Galleries Relaxed Hour

Galleries Relaxed Hour: First Sunday of Every Month 4-5pm.

Free Entry.

Booking is essential due to limited capacity.

This is an hour for individuals and families with access requirements who would prefer to experience our Galleries in a calmer and less busy environment.

On the day there will be:

• Artwork to look at
• A bespoke Sensory Toolkit created by the artist Sarah Marsh to touch, play and engage with
• A facilitator running a drop-in workshop
• Friendly staff to welcome you into the Galleries
• Comfortable seating in the Galleries if you need to sit down
• A Quiet Space away from the main Galleries
• Reduced sound across the whole building
• Ear defenders available from the Galleries Welcome Desk
• A sticker system which allows you to communicate whether you would like to be interacted with.
• A private Reflection Room (please ask the Galleries Desk if you require access to this)
