Valentine's Day at Pier Eight

The Lowry’s stylish waterside restaurant Pier Eight if offering a special Valentine’s menu and afternoon tea for this Friday and Saturday only.

Pier Eight, in the ultimate romantic setting of Salford Quays overlooking the Manchester Ship Canal is offering a three course meal, a glass of bubbly each with coffee and chocolates to finish for just £79 per couple. Or for those wanting daytime romance, on Saturday 15th enjoy a Valentines Afternoon Tea including finger sandwiches, scones, and an array of homemade sweet treats and cakes accompanied with a fine bottle of fizz, for £50 per couple.

Pier Eight prides itself on its use of fresh British ingredients, and the Valentines menu will include dishes from their new spring menu launching on 15th February. Seasonal dishes such as smoked haddock, pan fried salmon, Cheshire beef sirloin steak and sweat treats including cherry & almond bun and butter pudding and malt chocolate egg. The menu includes a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes too.
