By The Arden’s Theatre and Performance 3rd Years

Fifteen performers stand on stage in their final show together, unravelling the life that has been set out for them. But their future is unknown. Technology has dramatically impacted the world around them: jobs are lost, relationships shift, and new opportunities arise. But how does it serve the performers?

Experience the Theatre and Performance third-year’s final show as they confront the future that stands before them. A performance of hysteria, comedy, and the misunderstanding of hope and grief about a fate yet to come.

Questions will be asked, dances will be danced, and performers will perform— but will they ever truly understand their place in a world entirely dependent on technology? In The Last Act, the curtain falls on the familiar, and the performers’ fate is written in the unpredictable code of tomorrow.
