To cover the cost of ticket sale admin and overheads, there is also a small transaction fee of £3.50 - but this doesn't apply to:

Getting your tickets
Wondering how to get your hands on your tickets?
Mobile tickets - download them straight to your phone.
E-tickets - sent to the email address on your account.
We don't post physical tickets unless you have a group booking of 20+. In this case, we'll post your tickets to you at no extra cost.
For group bookings made within 10 days of a show or event, tickets should be collected from the Box Office.
For more info, check out our ticket FAQs.
Babes in arms
For certain family and kids’ shows, we have a Babes in Arms policy. This allows under-2-year-olds to attend without a ticket if they sit on a paying adult’s lap.
Your little one will still be assigned a seat number, but don't worry, that’s just for administrative purposes.
Babes in Arms doesn't apply to:
- Performances that aren't child-friendly.
- Performances specifically for under 2s - they'll need their own ticket for that.
For additional information or to book a Babes in Arms ticket email.
Please include your order number when you contact us.
Discounts and concessions
Many Lowry shows offer concession prices for:
- Under 16s
- Full-time students
- Adults aged 60+ in full-time retirement
- Job seekers
- Disabled individuals
- Universal Credit recipients (where applicable)
- Some concessions may require registration before booking and we’ll inform you during the checkout process if this applies.
