Call for Comedians

We love to laugh, and we know you do too.

For 25 years, Lowry has welcomed some of the UK’s most exciting comedy talent, bringing audiences brilliant nights full of energy, charm and non-stop silliness.

Now, in collaboration with comedian Aarian Mehrabani, we’re delighted to be presenting two mixed-bill comedy nights in our Aldridge Studio Theatre on:

  • Thursday 4 June 2026
  • Wednesday 8 July 2026

Each night will feature a lineup of some of the most exciting new voices on the UK comedy circuit.

The evenings will be hosted by Aarian Mehrabani, a multi award-winning actor and comedian. Aarian is currently developing his debut stand-up show How’s Your Head?, commissioned by Lowry and heading to this year’s Edinburgh Fringe.
