Lowry Artist Surgeries

Date: Wed 28 Jan 2026
Time: 11am-11.45am and 12pm-12.45pm
Location: Lowry Circle Bar
Cost: Free to attend

A new opportunity for local artists and creatives to connect with Lowry, gain practical insight into how we work, and use our team as a sounding board for your projects.

Across the morning, you can join one or two small-groups - 45-minute sessions with staff from different departments. These conversations are designed to be open and artist-led - a space to ask questions, explore ideas, and receive practical advice you can apply to your work. When you book, you’ll be invited to share any topics or questions in advance so we can shape each session around your needs.

Areas of expertise available on the day include:

  • Programming
  • Producing & Artist Development
  • Marketing / PR
  • Development (fundraising and partnerships)
  • Digital (social media, video and digital content)
  • Learning & Engagement

Why take part?

  • Gain practical insight into how Lowry works across different departments

Who is it for?
