Join Pui-Ka Cheng for a one-day workshop about autobiographical storytelling and how to visualise your ideas.
Pui-Ka’s work involves her unique storytelling style that often transcends language. Memories are unlocked through her use of monologue, puppetry, movement, live music, and video.
Learn how to tell your story in a way that’s true to you – and how you can use various techniques such as live music, visuals and multimedia elements to convey the emotion in the ideas, experiences, beliefs, and life lessons you want to share with your audience.
ABOUT PUI-KA
Pui-Ka is a freelance actor, dubbing artist, puppeteer, mother of two daughters, from Hong Kong. She graduated from the Chinese University of HK (Degree in Statistics) and the Drama School of HK Academy of Performing Arts (Major in Acting). Now based in Manchester, Pui-Ka makes work that explores the boundless possibilities of body and voice, ontology, and connection with the soul.
