Saturday 14th June 10.30 - 1pm

Saturday 21st June 10.30 - 1pm

LOCATION - Lowry, Pier 8, The Quays, Salford, M50 3AZ

This 3 week programme is for artists to explore Peer Mentoring, developing skills in supporting others that can be used within their arts community and helping reflect on the wider holistic needs for their own practice. Over 3 weeks, attendees will learn essential skills such as global listening, open questions, and goal setting, with a chance to practice learning within each session by being part of a peer mentoring pair.

This is for you if…

  • You are an aspiring arts leader, and would like to develop skills in supporting artist networks with their careers
  • You would like some support with reflecting on the wider holistic needs of your own practice
  • You want to learn new skills, or refresh old ones
  • You live, learn or earn in Salford

This is an opportunity for playing a vital part within the Salford arts community. Spaces are limited, so we ask that only people who can make all 3 sessions apply.

Delivered with Holly Ball, Creative Careers Specialist. Holly has over fifteen years experience in the creative and cultural section and her work focuses on empowering individuals to take back control and develop the career they want for themselves.
