Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived.
All this time
They’ve been just one word in a stupid rhyme
So they picked up a pen and a microphone
History’s about to get overthrown.
Nominated for 5 Olivier Awards including Best New Musical, the sell-out international smash hit ‘SIX’ is the phenomenon everyone is losing their head over!
From Tudor queens to pop princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII finally take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power. These Queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red.
Taking the royal crowns will be Lauren Drew (Catherine of Aragon), Maddison Bulleyment (Anne Boleyn), Lauren Byrne (Jane Seymour), Shekinah McFarlane (Anna of Cleves), Jodie Steele (Katherine Howard) and Athena Collins (Catherine Parr), backed by Alternates Jennifer Caldwell, Cassandra Lee and Harriet Watson. Joining this formidable cast are all-female power-band, The Ladies in Waiting.
Think you know the rhyme, think again….
