Gymnastics is a truly diverse sport with so much on offer across all of its different activities and the ways you can take part. There really is something for everyone to explore and find something amazing for them.

And as a foundation sport, gymnastics sets young people off with a great start in life supporting cognitive development, increasing resilience, improving strength, balance and co-ordination, and encouraging teamwork and leadership whilst making friends along the way.

This year we would like your team or club to share an amazing story through your performance that demonstrates the core themes of your amazing teamwork, resilience, community, journey or role models. We encourage all to be creative, explore your amazing stories and “think outside of the box”.
