Lowry Young Leaders
Want to make change happen whilst having fun, being creative and learning new skills?
The Lowry are looking for young people aged 13-17 living in Greater Manchester to be part of a new creative youth leadership programme.
You will work with artists, activists and other professionals to address the issues that matter to you. You will work together, develop leadership skills and find ways to be heard, take action and make change.
Sessions are free and will be online or in person on Mondays 6pm – 8pm every fortnight from 11th January 2021.
Interested? Send us a short introduction about you, in writing or by video or audio, by Monday 21 December 2020 to firstname.lastname@example.org
What to include?
– A bit about you and your interests
– What you want to get from this project
– Something you might want to change (big, small or even worldwide)
Got a question? Not sure if it’s for you? Get in touch with Jenny via email.
We welcome ALL young people and we want this group to represent people from different backgrounds – including young people who experience racism, identify as working class, have disabilities, are from the LGBTQ+ community, are care experienced or are discriminated in other ways.
