Working with spoken word artist, rapper & musician Testament, and video artist Laura Spark, you’ll create original writing set to music and video remixed from imitating the dog’s new show ALL BLOOD RUNS RED.

What to expect: 
 
The workshop will be a practical, hands-on experience creating original writing in response to the themes explored in ALL BLOOD RUNS RED and setting it to music or soundscapes and visual imagery remixed from the show itself. As well as telling the extraordinary true life story of Eugene Bullard, ALL BLOOD RUNS RED explores ideas about representation, how we are perceived and how we perceive others perceiving us, which stories are told and who gets to tell them.

The workshop is suitable for any early career/emerging artists with any interest in spoken word, poetry, music, lyrics, or video design. It will particularly suit those who are interested in exploring ideas around identity, representation, and social justice.
