Better Connected Arts Access Bursary
In partnership with GM Arts, Better Connected is delighted to announce their next round of Access Bursaries.
Artists living, working or learning in Salford can apply for up to £500 to support their career development. This can include workshops, training, networking, or access other professional development opportunities. (Examples could include childcare costs, equipment, course fees etc.)
Our aim is to reduce financial pressures so that creative practitioners can focus on expanding skills and networks, irrespective of personal or economic circumstances. The GM Arts Access Bursaries are designed to assist those who genuinely need financial support, to help reduce financial barriers to creative career development.
The Bursary is open to all creatives over the age of 18 who live in the city of Salford and is open to artists of any type (theatre practitioners, visual artists, musicians etc.) engaged in creative work. The bursary supports both professional and amateur practitioners and aims to encourage as wide and diverse a range of people as possible to engage in creative practice.
