Looking for your first dance class or wishing to improve and build on existing foundation in dance with contemporary dance technique and creative exploration? Why not join our Open Class? Our Lowry Centre for Advanced Training [CAT] runs Open Contemporary Dance Classes at The Lowry on Thursdays 4:45pm – 5:45pm.
These classes allow all young people to develop knowledge and skills in contemporary dance technique and creative processes. This class is for ALL young people aged 10-17 interested in dance. Whether you have existing foundation in dance technique or simply love to dance, our Lowry CAT tutors deliver excellent, inclusive and inspiring dance sessions for all. What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows participants to move freely and without risk to their modesty. This can be tracksuit/joggers and T-Shirt/top or a leotard/leggings if preferred. Please note that no footwear is required as participants will be bare-foot.
What to bring: Sufficient water for the hour session
