Our signature roast is available each Sunday in both Pier Eight Restaurant and Bar. Along side our seasonal menus we’ll also have the addition of Roasted Beef Sirloin, Yorkshire pudding, spring greens, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, red wine gravy.
It’s fantastic value at £15 per person, or as part of our set menu at £22 for 2 courses and £27 for 3 courses.
“We were having a leisurely Sunday afternoon stroll around Media City and feeling a little peckish sought out a restaurant that was not just a pub/diner or run of the mill eatery. Found Pier 8, walked through the bar to the restaurant and Sunday Lunch was on the menu. Oh my !!!! The tastiest Roast Beef Sunday Dinner ever and the gravy, which came in a small jug on the side. So flavoursome that I asked our waiter Mark if Chef would divulge the ingredient that took his gravy to another level.
Mark firstly quoted Chef and said that it was “Love” that was the added ingredient then divulged the “Secret” which now is no longer a secret. “Butter”.
What a very pleasant dining experience, our waiter Mark was a local lad who was interested in his customers and easy on the conversation.
