Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the runtimes for the show?

A: Where possible and when we receive the information from the visiting company, performance running times will be displayed on the show page.

Q: Where can I park?

A: There’s accessible parking opposite the building in the Lowry Outlet Mall. Go to Getting Here for more information.

Q: What are the door times for my show? My ticket says 7pm but the website says 8pm?

A: The time displayed on your ticket is the start of the show. For some shows there may well be a door time which we will endeavour to let customers know as and when we receive this information.

Q: Why is there no disabled parking available?

A: We have limited space for disabled parking on a first come first served basis, go to Getting Here for more info.

Q: I’ve lost my tickets! What can I do?

A: Don’t worry we can print duplicates on the day of the show, customers should show the card that was used to pay for them. Alternatively you can call box office on 0843 208 6000 to have them reissued if there is enough time before the show date.

Q: I have had an issue with the car park, where do I complain?

A: Unfortunately we do not manage the car park, please direct your queries to The Lowry Outlet Mall.

Q: I’m not happy with my seats! 

A: In the instance that you are not happy with your seats please let a member of our front of house team know as soon as possible and they’ll endeavour to help.

Q: Do toddlers have to have a paid for ticket? 

A: If your child is over 2 years old they have to have their own paid for seat/ticket. If your child us under 2 years tickets are free but they have to sit on a parents or guardians lap and they need a ticket.
