The Lowry is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we strive to reflect and represent the full breadth of the community we serve across our workforce. We proactively work to achieve greater diversity in the areas of gender, race, disability, sexuality, socio-economic background, faith and age. We particularly encourage applications from people who have a disability and people from black, Asian and ethnically diverse backgrounds, as these groups are currently under-represented in the arts as a sector.
