Conference & Event Sales Co-ordinator

37.5 hours per week, £24,000 per annum plus staff benefits

The Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations. This role sits within the Conference & Events department, which is responsible for the sales and coordination of corporate conferences, weddings, Christmas parties and other special events.

We are looking for a Conferences & Events Sales Coordinator to maximise the revenue from the use of The Lowrys conference and events facilities. The candidate will be required to create bookings within Artifax and ensure they are kept up to date, respond to all enquiries in a timely fashion and taking necessary follow up action to convert the enquiry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role. The Conference & Sales Coordinator should have a commitment to excellent customer care, with a desire to be part of a dynamic sales culture.

This role has the potential to be worked both onsite and remotely, once fully trained.
